I am a size 7 in womans shoes but I have to wear a "boys" size 4 in mens shoes, so I am thinking that you would need a woman's 13 and good luck in finding that!! maybe you just need to go into a shoe store and use a woman's shoe sizer

Women's sizes are1 1/2 to 2 sizes larger than men's. But different brands of shoes fit differently so you really want to go to a store and try them on (especially since the width is a big factor). Finding a 12 shouldn't be difficult (try Payless).

Ladies 12. Hard to find.
Don't EVEN think you'd be a ladies 8 or 8-1/2. It goes the other way.
Mens 7 would equal ladies 9
Mens 8 would equal ladies 10
Mens 9 would equal ladies 11
Mens 10 would equal ladies 12
You might need a wide width, depending on the width of your foot. Ladies have narrower widths than men, so your 12 might be too narrow.
Try Wal-Mart....Payless....Shoe Pavilion.....to keep your price down. K-mart and Target probably won't have a 12 in stock.

If you know your size in men's shoes, add 2 to that to get your women's shoe size.
men's 10= women's 12
men's 11= women's 13
men's 12= women's 14
Also, women's shes are cut narrower, so you might want to get them in a wide size. Your size would be about 12W, or 12 wide.

You might want to go to the store and try some shoes on. That way, you'll find the perfect fit.
