gigabytes (GB). 1 GB is equal to 1000 megabytes (MB). 1 MB is about 1 million bytes.
if you're wondering about mp3 players, 1 GB generally holds about 250 songs, with the average song length being 4 minutes.

Be careful with your spelling!
One gigabyte (1GB) is about 1 billion bytes.
One megabyte (1MB) is about 1 million bytes.
So one gigabytes are one thousand megabytes. Gigabytes are much bigger!
