I totally understand not being able to afford medical help at this time but there are a few things you can do. First, take the advice of the other contributors and do a self-breast exam (SBE). If you do find a lump, suck it up and go to the dr. Lots of OBs offer a discount and payment plans if you don't have insurance (this is how I paid for my first child as we didn't have insurance). Second, if you don't want to shell out money for an at-home test kit or you already have and it was neg., you can go to a pregnancy help center (NOT Planned Parenthood). Preg. help centers are Christian-run and they do not try to solve your problems for you. They'll put you in contact w/other people who can help you-drs, financial assistance, clothing/food help. Hopefully, if you are pregnant, you'll find the help you need here. If you're not pregnant, it could be, as others mentioned, pulled muscle, a strain, too tight bra, etc. Hopefully, your outcome will be what you want it to be. God bless!
Guess what? Sounds kind of like you're pregnant!! I don't want to get your hopes up but I had really weird tingling in my ovary-area when I became pg w/my first child. I thought it was going to be an early period but it turned out I was pregnant! It was like little pinches inside, same area. Also, if you are pregnant, it could be your lymph nodes under your armpit preparing the way for milk! I had pains under my armpits, near my breast through both my pregnancies and during breastfeeding! Go get tested, for goodness sake! Don't wait for your possible missed period...the sooner you know, the sooner you can start taking proper care of the new one! Blessings!

First question are you pregnant? If the answer to this is yes then this is normal. it's your breasts forming milk ready for feeding. If you're not pregnant then do you feel any lumps in the breast?
Probably best to go to doctors if you can or call nhs direct on 08454647. They have trained nurses and doctors that will advise you the best they can for the price of a local phone call.

Get the doctor to look at you. Do you remember knocking yourself on anything for it to hurt? Sometimes if you knock it on something, it can feel a bit bruised or tender.
I would definately see a doctor. Or maybe even speak to a pharmacist about it if you can't see a doctor right now.

You could have a pulled muscle or a lump. Check it carefully for anything unusual, lumps moles, anything. Once you've ruled that out, just try to wear a looser bra and keep a heating pad or ice on it (whatever works).

take some tylenol and put a heating pad on it for a little while and see if that helps. you might have pulled a muscle or something.
also, if you're worried do a self breast exam and see if you feel any lumps or anything.

if you can't afford a doctor, seek the advice of an older trusting female, but If I were you I'd try to get medical advice ASAP and if the pain continues or worsens by all means seek medical help

I would def. do a breast exam. It may also be a sign that you're pregnant. Buy a home pregnancy test.
