I am a PC person myself, but with all the new commercials and advertisments, is the MAC really as good as they say??? Can it really do as much as a PC now? i.e. use Windows programs?

mac might be as good as pc but i have worked with a mac and they might have the same prgrams but they work different and run different. i also think that a brand new PC would run faster than a brand new Mac would but a pc with a few years and a bunch of crap on it like mine would go slower that a mac with a few years on it and a buch of crap on it like mine.

MAC deffinitely is better and far supperior. I am personally going to buy a Macbook for the begining of the school year. And with the Boot Camp you can also run Windows XP on a Mac you will certenly use both OS's. And Apple's great look is a major Plus.
And you can run all windows programs if you install windows xp so you can't lose anything.

P.C the parts are open Fields ,choose program gear to p.c. Mac parts need to get at apple no side vendor and check the PRICE program on mac is $$$$$$$ and the P.C. cheaper. the PRO & CONS.

i'm a mac girl.. and i love them! user friend, virtually no viruses, the latest and greatest in programs for photos, music and video. detailed web sites for advice and support. plus they look clean and sleek.
besides as a graphic designer, it's the most reliable system for layout programs.
