You're looking at renting. Try www.rent.com. The only house you are going to get for that price that will not require thousands of dollars of work is a trailer. Try www.realtor.com to search for those. If you HAVE $5300, that is not a bad down payment if you want to try to qualify for a loan. yeah right. 5300 dollars for a house? nowhere in the usa will you find this trust me. because that woudl be about 2.50 a square foot
