I have this frend and she is 5 months pregnant......she says that she doesnt want to have it! She said that she is going to shoot it when she bring the baby home! I told her just to give it up for an adoption.....she won't listen to me! How can I tell her to give it up for an adaption!~

Is it possible that she's just scared? When you're pregnant you have all kinds of hormones going through your body and can say insane things at times out of emotion. If she really means to do bodily harm to the baby, you've got to tell somebody. Talk to her parents or the baby's father or other friends. You may all need to get together and talk to her about the baby and what her fears are. If she really doesn't want the baby, she does need to put it up for adoption.

Wow, tough one. I would tell my friend to see a therapist, or talk to a doctor about her feelings. If someone can even say that, then there is something wrong. At 5 months it is too late for her to have an abortion, but she can give the baby up for adoption, and she could just leave the baby at the hospital. But I would seriously ask her to see a therapist. If she refuses, you could call the police and ask their advice.

You should contact a mental health facitlity, social services or an adoption agency on what she is telling you. If she truly does not want the baby, she needs to put him up for adoption as there are so many loving families out there that would give anything for him.

Sounds like this person isnt a good person. Wont her parents do something. Maybe you should talke to her parents, and if that doesnt work, maybe go with her to planned parenthood...they can help her choose if she wants to keep the baby or put it up for adoption. You cant just shoot something because you dont want it. That is MURDER. grr.

Get her to her Doctor! The father is an issue of some type, Her body is out of balance and she is not thinking clear. Does she have any support! She is mad at herself or really young. Ask her! How she is going to keep from going to jail. You have to get her group to help her and all pull together or is she that alone. You need to talk to other young mothers about the head trip that happens to some Lady's who are having a baby.

You have to keep on her about it! A baby is a life not a choice, but she can choose to give to a willing family.
My suggestion is to make her want the child, get her attached to it. Take her to the doc. and get a sonogram done so she can see what she is making and how beautiful it is. Throw her a baby-shower, always ask her how the baby is, ask her if it gets the hiccups or how hard it kicks. Keep her mind on the fact that there is a living thing inside her.

Tell her that there are people out there that could provide for him better than she can if she doesn't want it and she could never face him or her if she doesn't want to, if she gives up her rights as a biological mother.Every life is worth saving.If she wants to save her life , she have to let the baby live and give him the right to be well taken care of.Why kill life, when you can help it grow?why be responsible for a death for the rest of your life.He holds no guilt, but the one of having her as a mother that doesn't want it and could have have an abortion, but didn't...Why didn't she killed it then and she wants to now...It makes no sense...Whatever her reasons were back then, she has to give that baby a chance.Who knows, one day she will owe her life to someone else...

Tell her that she will not shoot her baby. If she insists that she will, tell her that you will be the first to come visit her in jail. She needs to tell her parents and other adult relatives that she is pregnant. Somebody needs to tell them. This girl is confused and scared and hurting. Go to this site for more help and if necessary, call 911 http://www.harborhouse.org/ If this is not in your state, they can direct you to a home for teenage mothers that is. Get an adult involved.

Holy crap, dude. Did she really say that? If she can't handle the responsibility, she shouldn't be having sex in the first place! I'm not sure.... You really need to sit her down and explain that if she doesn't want the baby, someone will. Also, explain to her if she decideds to do something as barbaric as shoooting her baby, she will end up in prison, and probably end up dead when the inmates find out what she did. Good luck. adoption is hard, but it is better than shooting a baby when its born. The baby didn't ask to be here so you should try and get her help if not for her then for the baby
