The could have had a board of directors who were smart enough and ethical enough to not just rubber stamp everything Lay & Skilling did. Too bad the shareholders were duped into believing everything was great. Too bad the whistlebloweres didn;t sound off before all those people lost their lifesavings.

Tell the truth, for starters.

As far as hedge funds, the risk is in the lack of regulation on how the funds work. Their is little regulation on them compared to mutual funds, etc.
