okay one, through that away. no matter what. two i have the expert answer. its all in this little book "little book of girly emergencies". now you have to take a viniger bath. and a loofa. scrub scrub scrub every time in the shower. you stop. and scrub everywhere. also i use banana boat taning spray. its great. io have also gone to the taning stores. and i had a spray tan. they do it really good now a days. i suggest that. i still kept my tan from that. good luck with that.

rem, ember: every tan wil be beautiful, or burnt, but dont forget, the eventually, every tan will...fade

Buy a body scrub and just like the other girl said scrub like hell.Be careful though you don't want your skin to be raw on top of everything else

all you can do is exfoliate your skin- ASAP! Keep doing it until you see it start to go away, but don't scrub too hard. If you don't want to buy a scrub, then you can mix vegetable oil and sugar together-- it works just as well.
