i got the idea a couple of years ago when i saw 2 stray cats drenched in the rain when i iwent nside my house and cut 3 hole in a plastic bag and got an elastic bag,and 1 one of the cats came up to me and let me put it on and i took it from there....

lol i've never heard of it but it doesnt sound that nuts. I would hope that if my cat ever ran away someone would give him a raincoat

How do you deliver them? I think that you are a little nuts because I don't see how you could get a cat into a raincoat. I can't even get one of my cats into a cat carrier! Do you prefer Almonds or Cashews? Just kidding I think that it takes a special person that cares for animals that people forgot. There are many reasons why some one would abandon a cat or dog all of which are inexcusable. But I think you are noble for doing that. Keep up the good work.

Unless when the cats find a way to get the rain coats off (and they will) it is considered littering on your part, I say do what makes you happy.

No. I love cats and think that's really cute. Cats probably don't go out much, but if you wanted to take your cat out and it was raining, it would be cute to have a raincoat for them.
