I know that superman gave up his powers to be with Lois, and in that same movie, you see a ring on his finger, but did they actually toie the knot? If they did, would this make them still married, even though he "erased" her memory?

In Superman II, Lois discovered Clark was really Superman when they were staying in a honeymoon suite...BUT they were there only posing as a married couple to get a news story. Supes flew Lois to his Fortress, where Lara (his Kryptonian mother) told him how to permanently remove his powers so that he could mate with the human Lois. They did the pre-marital deed, Earth was invaded by 3 Kryptonian villains, and Supes regained his powers, tho we NEVER were told how. (That always bugged me). But NOPE, they never married....although it will be revealed that Lois's 5-year-old son Jason IS the biological child of Superman in the upcoming film

no longer the worst Superman movie, Superman 4 holds that honour. even if i became disapointed. in the starting up the position did they spend the $250 million because i did not see that a lot on the reveal. Secondly, the problem-free homage to the unique movie would were relaxing. even if this movie had far to many. This movie became actual a rehash of the first Superman movie with out the middle. It in simple terms did not grab me emotionally. The actors all did effective jobs with the cloth they were given, i did not actually have a difficulty with Lois Lane - the source of many lawsuits I easily have considered. So i am going to in undemanding words truly blame the writers and the director, the tale became uninspired and the pacing of the movie left plenty to be wanted. As somebody else has said the death of Superman storyline would were an proper tale for Superman's go back to the films and we've the technologies to have created a conceivable Doomsday. I in undemanding words wish that the lacklustre performance of this movie has no longer killed off the prospect of yet another.

No only in the comic book series and on the Lois and Clark series and even if they did once he made himself Superman again the "marriage" was annulled so to speak

I went to see all of them, and yes they did get married. I would think even though he erased her memory...they would still be married, legally. But it's been a VERY LONG time since I saw them (my oldest children were young, oldest fixing to be 30!!)....not sure if they were married in a church or at the courthouse....but if neither, then a question back to you...are they LEGALLY married??

Good question by the way, makes one go back a long time to remember! :)
