i eat alot of junk food and im losing my touch i use to have a nice curve on my stomach and now its gone i eat to much now not saying im fat cuz I'm not but my stomach is fatter now so what can i do to stop eating junk food and get my curve back

As a physical trainor I have seen this alot you probably have had a change in social life or something to that effect.
This will cause a person to eat out of boredom. What you need to do is find some physical activity's to take up the time that you are using to eat all this junk food. And I know it sounds Corney but when you go to the store to but the junk food, instead buy say apples, carrots,things of that nature. And to help burn the surface fat that you have acquired Start off by drinking alot of ice water this fools your body into thinking that your core temp. is low and then your body will burn stored fat to try and maintain your correct body temp.
It also depends on how old you are , a women metabolism starts slowing down around the age of thirty. If you would like to discuss this more feel free to E-mail me. good luck
Oh and fruit is good but in moderation fruit has fructose in it and that is a form of suger/fat try and stick with veggies

Use my method. I used to like junk food, but founding out more and more about how nasty junk food is and what it can do to your body I just think of it as crap. In fact, I kind of feel like puking every-so-often I see a junk food restaurant outside.

There are actually a bunch of other ways to stop yourself from doing it. Look at fat people and ugly people that work in such places.... get discusted by their irregular shapes and you'll see how much you do NOT want to buy ANY junk food. You could research junk food and see how bad it is... watch nasty, but real movies like "Supersize Me" and see how discusting that is even more.

Aside from discusting yourself, drag yourself to restaurants with normal meals like subway or even your own house. Pizzas are no good either so try to avoid them!!!! Try starvation if you want... I was doing that for a while and I lost like 10 pounds for a month when all I did was going to my self-defense classes 3 times a week and just not eat a lot. Try that!

Fruits, Vegetables, and other minerals and vitomins should help break it all down. Go for morning jogs...

Besides, there is much more ways. You could insult yourself... tell yourself that you're A FAT COW or something whenever you think of going to a junk food restaurant!! stick stickers with insults all over your house... get a picture of a lady or a guy (depending on your sex) with a hot body and stare at it whenever you look yourself in the mirror. Try eating yogurt and drinking kifir.....

Beleave me there's a whole bunch of other things you can do. Watch television programs and read journals. Take courses considering this... There are so many things you can do to stop this, all you need is to force yourself to get up and go and solve that problem and not ruin your figure after it's gonna be fixed, okay?

Do not buy junk food. Just don't bring it in the house. And if someone else is doing the shopping, ask them to keep it out of your sight. When you start exercising everyday, after 3 weeks (I know, yeah, sorry that long to form a habit, yeah ~ but so worth it!) you will NOT want to sabotage your beautiful results. ALSO consider joining Weight Watchers ($12/week) or LA Weight Loss ($6/week) because you need support and accountability. Also, check out www.fheit.com ~ It has a pounds and inches loss tracker. Log in once or twice per week and be honest about your results. You won't want to keep publishing bad results. Find some HEALTHY snacks you like ~ the clubs mentioned above sell some really good ones. Try fruit ~ who doesn't LOVE seedless red grapes?

Work out like crazy, throw out all the junk food. You can still have junk food, just portion it correctly, don't eat a whole bag of chips in one sitting. Chew sugarless gum and drink lots of water to stop eating as much. Make small goals and good luck!

NO......don't take a pill....you have to do this on your own... Don't try to take some "easy" solution, it does't work....you will only hurt your body. This is mind over matter!! Get a hobby, take a walk when you feel the urge....do sit ups in front of the TV, instead of eating junk food.

well, its easy. you dont have to actually stop eating junk food. just take less junk food and more healthy food. also, try working out at the gym. if you dont want to, have a regular walk at the park.

Terrible... I know.... been there.... what you should do is #1 eat every two hours for example you start wbreakfast at 8 am then at 10 am eat yogurts or eat some kind of fruit then at 12 eat lunch then at 2 eat yogurt fruit or something healthy, then at 4 eat supper and at 6eat fruit, yogurt or some kind of healthy bar snack, also drink lots of water and brush your teeth, mint makes your tongue bids eliminate the desire to eat sugar.....Well at least this helps... also try jellosugar free gelatines great, love them and crystal light .... love the orange one, the rasberry and orange straberry banana one ... At least it helps me .... also try to do lots of sit ups .... and please no couch potatoes !!!!! good luck ....

ok so my pop is out of weight. my brother is soo fit, goes to the gym every day, for three hours. hes huge!! so what you do is get a gym workout partner. someone who will motivate you. someone you will be jelious and envyous of too. if you cant find a friend, get a personal trainer at the gym. he'll/she'll really work you hard.

get a diet pill that makes you not want to eat as much and or boosts your matabolism
