Do Women hold the sexual "Trump Card"?

Explain your point of view.... I know they do, just wondering what kind of answers I'll get.

She only holds the 'trump card' if she withholds having sex with a man-once she has sex, the power has shifted to his court.
Men are hunters-they like the chase, once they have caught their prey he is less pumped. The woman, on the other hand, has become more vulnerable to him because she is now more attached through the act of sex. There is a chemical called oxitosin that surges in a woman's body and creates a bonding.
So, before sex she has the trump card and then loses it in the act of having sex.

Do they really? I think its just a question of sexual appetite. I can have quite an appetite sometimes but i'm pretty well disciplined so if i'm fighting with whoever she may be i can withold if i like. The trump card isn't sexual, its discipline. Think on that next time yous have a fight ok. Then again, there's nothin' like a good angry make up f*ck after or even during a fight.

I, um, more or less asked this question last night (She's got the Jack).

My take is, all things being equal, yes they do.

Women are amazing creatures. The downside they have is menstrual cycles, and that is about to end. We have the drugs to stop it now.

Interesting times, real interesting times.

And the trump card is the Jack.

Of course we hold the trump. If there weren't so many "Jokers" we wouldn't HAVE to. But if you're looking to be the King.... go for a Queen.... no trump there... just a little "Jack"

my view may be a little clinical, or primitive....

but yes we do...

it is a little less psychological, then folks might believe..{although it does play a part}

its physical, primal, animal ....
ok, let me splain Lucy....
like any other female mammal we are more inclined to "breed" or to have the "need to breed" when we are in estrus, heat, ovulating...women who are in tune with their own bodies know this...{that's not saying that we don't feel a passionate response to affection at other times..}...i am speaking of primal need,,,,

the poor male mammal, on the other hand ...must be ready 24/7...{think about that little dog you know that humps every ones leg} .because he never knows when he will be needed....

i am not saying that all sex is based on the need to reproduce, and some women do "use" it to "get" whatever desired affect they had in mind...
i am making a generalized statement based on human/animal behavior

The reason is that women actually need to be emotionally attached when having sex, and men see it only as a physical relief. In a marriage, it can go either way. Men have just as many headaches as women do....

Yup. for the present they do. And they're power is more than just sexual, it's emotional. They hold, traditionally, men's emotions in their hands. Join some men's groups and we can then get our emotional security from there.- that takes a lot of their power away.

well they think they do but you have as much control as they do it depends on who has the most will power. or at the same time there is always someone willing to give it to you so whether one "trumps" you or not there is one somewhere more than happy to trump them.

Only when the men don't. Anyone who feels that it's all the woman is deluding themselves. Humans are weak, not just men.

Generally yes. Most men will have sex with most women. Most women are more selective with whom and under what circumstances they have sex.

There are exceptions.
