You can download it onto your computer and transfer it to your phone using the data transfer cable ( which comes with the phone), or you could simply send it via bluetooth, provided your computer and your phone has the technology. One site I find very useful is:
www.i-phone.org

You could also set the full length song as your ringtone, but since saving the entire song is going to probably take up considerable space on your phone, you can download a music converter from www.download.com or just google for it. This converter compresses the file so an average 3500 KB song will be down-sized to around 450- 550 KB.

you go to a ringtone website.. for example www.nextpimp.com, and then you download the ringtone onto your computer, after that you can bluetooth that ringtone to your phone (or if your phone/computer doesn't have bluetooth, you can transfer it via the cable you get with your phone).
