The Avon Clearskin line is really good and Mary Kay has a great set that you use in the morning and in the evening. It's called the TimeWise Miracle Set. If you don't have a consultant, go to www.marykay.com (or www.marykay.ca if you're in Canada) and there's a Find a Consultant in your area feature. They will work with you until you get it right and the return policy is one of the best out there.

First, see a dermatoligist. Second, get an astringent, clean and clear as a great orange astringent called morning burst. Just wash your face, and if you want to use makeup, use Neutrogena SkinClearing, I've used it for years and it won't put any more oil into your skin. Also try BareMinerals powerdy makeup, but that may not give you the coverage you need.

Please do not hate your face or skin.... did you know that there are great advantages to having oily skin being # 1 you will not get wrinkles as fast as a normal to dry skin will........ If you wash your face too much it cleanses the skin, but it also can dry it out, causing it to look dull, but most importantly, it may cause irritation and remove the natural emolients your body produces to keep it healthy. When you bathe, always use a moisture-rich cleanser, and always pamper your skin with a daily moisturizer. I have the same "problem" you do... my skin is oily and I USE arbonne's hydrating wash which removes all dirt, makeup residue and I could not beleive it, I can now use white towels and they do not get stained with makeup residue, that is why i love this wash.... also I use a scub from their line also which is great because it leaves your skin super clean and stimulates your skin's turnover and your skin will lokk healthy and wonderfully great.....trust me ....https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1 I also use a personalizer form arbonne because what it does is that after my daily moisturizer i put it on ... put my regular makeup on (about face-arbonne also!!) and then during the day if I have a shiny face I use it to touch up a little ... works great .....https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1

Often times washing your face more will just stimulate the body to produce more oils. A visit to a Dermatologist will help determine your skin type and which products would be best in your situation.

you need an oil mattifier to wear under make-up (if you wear make-up). Any store brand benzoyl peroxide (10%), used lightly, will help with the oil, and reduce break-outs. Make-up helps with oil production by absorbing the oils. Don't be to hard on yourself with this, oily skin now means not so wrinkly skin later. I personally have the some issue. I use seabreeze daily before make-up (salicylic acid 2%), benzoyl peroxide (3 times a week, this product can really dry your skin out), cetaphil moisturizer for sensitive skin daily, and mineral powder foundation.

Hey Bootiful girl.
The good thing is that you have a young face, and will still look young, even when you're 50!
I, too, have oily skin- it's kind of annoying, but it's also good, in that your skin is healthy, and ages less quickly than most other people's.
Like normally, if I eat something that has even a tiny bit of oil or grease in it, my skin, especially my face, gets oily fast. That's kind of a hassle- but I will be thankful once I grow older.
Good luck, hot girl! : )

Try to clean your face as many time as you can do in a day with oil-free face wash and after that try a toner. It may help. Best Of Luck

Maybe you should see a dermatologist. Try using blotting paper and a clay-based face mask should help, Origins do a good one. If it's any consolation, oily skin is slowest to show signs of aging

If you haven't tried it Avon has a really good line called Clearskin and their Mark line for misbehaving skin is good too. If you are tired of trying everything, I'd say to see a dermotologist they have access to things you can't get over the counter. It may be as simple as changin your diet or using somethiing the doctor recommends/perscribes. Good Luck!!!
