Warm xtra virgin olive oil pour a little bit in your ear and block it with cotton wool it will soften the ear wax so it will come out or you could get your ears syringed at the doctors.

Take a large knitting needle with a length of thick 'fluffy' wool tied to one end. Place the other end of the needle into either ear and push it gently in. You might get a little resistance, [like pushing a needle through a Marshmallow] but continue to push. When you reach the other ear draw the length of wool through and alternately pull it from left to right. [back and forth] This will clear both ears in one go; and anything in-between.. Hope this helps!

Dont stick things in them. Not even q-tips. Go to the doc and have them flushed. It'll feel great, and you'll be amazed what comes out of there.
It could be a cold too, which can cause an ear infection. If they start to hurt really bad, or you get a fever check the doc out.

i had this problem, use warm olive oil for about 2 weeks, a few drops in the morning and a few at night closing the ear with cotton wool with Vaseline on it (to stop the cotton wool soaking up the oil) if this hasn't cured it make an appointment with the nurse and she will syringe them, it doesn't hurt and boy it feels good afterwards...

This often happens to me on airplanes or if an elevator goes down too fast. I usually yawn, which helps to "pop" my ears, or chew gum

Never breath by your mouth. But it's better to refer to a Specialist
Ear Physician, if you are in a hard case.
God bless you.
