Yes.

You need to pick up a copy of the rules, go to your local game/comic store. You really need at least one copy of book for each play group. I think DrivethroughRPG's might have PDF versions available for about 60% cover price, but then you're printing the tables you need off your comp. at home, which can be bigger hidden cost.
