Toads do not produce baby directly, they produce/lay eggs.

Common Toad Reproduction and tadpoles:

Toad Spawn is quite different to frog spawn. The main reason is because the toad spawn, instead of being a large clump of jelly with eggs in, is a string of jelly containing eggs. However the toad tadpoles grow up in a very similar way to frog tadpoles. Also it is important to note that the common toad walks instead of hops (the common frog hops).

Toads dont have a baby. They lay eggs. you need a male toad to fertilize the eggs as theyre laid, or you wont get any tadpoles.

They don't have a baby, they have babies. And they lay eggs. Usualy you can tell if they are alittle bit more plump than they usualy are. Sometimes you can't.
