I was born it, but I only really "noticed" in puberty. I think that's the answer you'll be getting from most other gay people.
P.S. To the people who:
A.) Are not gay themselves,
B.) Do not have a psychology degree,
...what the crap makes you think you know anything?

Its a choice they make. You can't be born gay, as its not hereditary or anything like that.
Gay ppl just say they born that way to put an excuse, but they weren't, they simply WANT to be gay. Even though some say they don't.

You really can't compare being gay to being black or asian.....life is about choices, and people who are gay chose to engage in relationships with the same sex........I know the next thing a gay person would say is "I didn't chose it" but no one is forcing you to do it. I think people become gay and after the fact look into their childhoods to try and find early excuses why they are gay, but God would not "make" anyone gay

Both or either. It can be biological (facts are that there are differences between the male and female brain and studies have shown differences in the homosexual brain that lean toward the other sex) or... certainly something you choose as a preference based on personality or circumstance. It's not unusual for a lesbian to have a history of being molested as a young person... ditto for gay men... so it can be a choice based on an aversion as well.

You are not born gay, its a choice. just because you feel an attraction does not mean you have to act on it, you choose to act on it and it builds from there. you can also get out of it, you just start choosing a straight lifestyle. its really that easy and there is help for anyone who doesn't want to be gay!

I think it has something to do with enviroment. And if you are born gay, wouldn't you be able to apply the idea of being born with certain sexual tendicacies to other groups. Would child molesters be born child molesters, with no control over it?

No, because you don't become "gay" until much later in life. Some will say yes because of the stigma of being gay, like, "It's not my fault"!

I believe that sexual orientation is genetic, but that oppurtunities to express it and acceptance-rejection
influence it's development. Blaming someone for being gay is like blaming a cat for having fur.

psykhaotic thinks if you're not gay, you don't know anything about it. I talked to a murderer who told me he was a born a murderer and I don't know anything about it because I'm not a murderer.
