On of my guy friends in my school keeps trying to get my number, touch on my breasts and stuff. And all the guys at school keep on trying to look down my shirt. Is this normal teenage boy behavior?

the simple answer is all boys guys have two brains. one in his head the other down below. most guys only think with the one down below. what you just described is sexual harrasment. and even schools don't tolorate that.

Its the natural urge and the norms of decent behavior are to control it so as not to make anybody uncomfortable.once a boy is in love with a girl then to have such an urge with other females would be unhealthy in my view.

touching everything and looking everywhere.
they all do that if a girl has a good body(big breast, butt)

Not all teenage guys are like that, but a whole lot of them are. Just ask these boys to kindly stop what they are doing.

Define normal.... on a scale of Americans... perhaps, but in Europe you'll see it, but not as overt... just depends on where you are... and not all boys are the same... that would be a generalization, and we know that making generalizations can be bad for society....
i.e. religious cartoons...

yea that happens to me , good thing i have h.s. after this year coming my grandma is a federal correctional officer shes giving me some mace b4 i goto high school but first i have to get 8thy grade over with...im going to 8th grade now...the year thats coming up
