No. If you miss your period the last two months you have about 10 to 12 weeks pregnant. When you have the ultrasound let me know how far you are to see if I'm correct. Congratulations and good luck!

No, most likely the nurse is right. You figure out how far along the pregnancy is by the first date of your last period. I still can't understand why that is since you ovulate 14 days before your next period. The only thing that I can say is to calculate how long your periods are and count back on the calender 14 days. (ex: period started May 1 and is 30 days long and you started your next one on May 30. Then ovulation would be on the on the 16 of May). I hope that all goes well with your pregnancy. Also, don't worry, I would go by what the nurse said about being 8 weeks along until and if the ultrasound tells you differently, because 40 weeks is a long time and why add more to that. You are farther along at her estimates!
Also, you wouldn't have missed a period at 1 1/2 weeks since you start a period 14 days after ovulation. It would be too soon to feel any symptoms because it can take 7-10 days for the egg to implant.

You could have gotten pregnant any of that time. It is more likely to be more than a week and a half pregnant though. Your body starts making more HCG (which is the chemical they test for) and it probably wouldn't be making enough to indicate on a test that you are pregnant if you only got pregnant a week and a half ago.

Whoever you're trying to convince yourself could be the father is not. If you missed your period 2 months ago then you got pregnant by whoever you slept with 2 months ago. Don't end up on Maury making yourself look like an *** when you know he's not the father and don't ruin his life because he'll hate you for it.

well first off congrats!! and i would have to say no, most women if they do not have a period do not ovulate, therefore cannot get prgnant. however my sister inlaw does miss periods, but she does ovulate, she has talked to her doc about it and i guess acording to him it is a rare occurance. so i would say that you are about 8 weeks give or take like the nurse said.

you usually ovulate about half way after your cycle if you had sex around that time then that is when you would have concieved...but implantation is usually 5 days or so later.... so try to count back from your last period on when you might have ovulated and when you had sex and that would be your semi-official conception date.
