In Texas you have to be apart for six months my sister was pregnant by her boyfriend and her and my brother in law couldn't divorce til after the baby was born even though it wasn't his baby. If you concieved after splitting up the judge will likely think that there are still some sort of workable feelings there and ask whether or not marriage counseling wouldn't work for u, u still had sex so are there feelings still there??

One thing I dont understand is where you got that pregnancy if you split with your husband before. Anyway, you can start the divorce procedures right away and if you conceived from another man and this comes to light before the divorce process is over, be sure to suied by your current husband for adultary. And means paying the guy more money.

In the state of Missouri, Texas and Arkansas you cannot be pregnant and get a divorce.
You need to check your state policies regarding this issue by contacting the City Clerk at your local city hall.

Sure. You can get the divorce any time, any place. It doesn't matter if you had children or not.
