There is a baby six days older than my girls (4 1/2 months) in daycare and she sits a little better - and she is trying to roll over. One of my girls will roll on her side -the other doesn't try at all - they will grab my hands to pull up- and we work on this at night. But there has to be something the three of us can do so I can work on both of them at the same time. Time is limited from the time I get home from work and they eat, bathe and they knock out at 7:00!!! I can't keep them awake. Any suggestions for exercises or games to make them stronger or motivate them to try? I feel I do not get to spend a lot of time with them, especially individually, and I hope this isn't hurting them. I know they all do these things in their own time- and that is cool- but if i should be doing something more I want to help.

Just roll them on side, and give them a chance to roll back. Most babies will suddenly do it, and no signs ahead of time. Probably will come in its time and can't 'help', but hey it don't hurt anything and the babies think your playing with them, so have fun!

it is nothing to worry about when they are ready they will roll over and start crawling just depends on baby but if you are still concerned with them call the docter and see if the docter thinks theres anything wrong but my guess as a mom of 4 there just fine there just being lazy
and also if they were early it may take them a little longer to do things my son was 3 to 4 weeks early and it took him 3 to 4 weeks to even cry i had to set an alarm clock for every 2 hours to feed him

Do you give them lots of tummy time? If I were in your situation I would lay on the floor with them and play and put desirable things right out of their reach to make them want to get them.

Don't beat yourself up, I am sure you are a good mother. It sounds like you are looking for the best for your babies. Good Luck!

Sounds like your doing a great job. there isn't an easy way to do anything with multiple children. As for them being as good as some other child remember each child grows at their own rate and speed.

try doing airplane, it sure worked on me. And plus they are only 4 1/2 months so it will take some time before you see improving results.
