Does anyone have a customer service phone number for eBay?

I'm having problems accessing my account and have tried communicating through their email system but I'm not getting anything resolved and I can't find a phone number anywhere on their site! Please help!

You might try dumping your cache and running a disk cleanup. I've had that problem before and found it was my computer, not ebay. They also have a 'live' help chat board thing, you might try that. They don't make it easy to get them on the phone.
