well from experiance i say go to the place where she goes to think the most, or to her favorite place, or best friends house.

First you have to find out why she ran away. Is there violence or abuse in the family? She may have a good reason for wanting to get away.
If not, ask her friends. They may not want to tell you where she is, but just paying attention to the answers they give you might give you a clue.

It is your husband's cousin, so I would forget about his cousin. If he cares about his cousin, he will look for his own cousin. I would take my mind of from that. Personally, I will not care if my own cousin ran away, so I not care that my husband's cousin ran away.
