I think to put listings on-line....BUT...having open houses for other Realtor, and giving away something good like a lite lunch or gift card to get them to come to it, is good also. That way they are familiar with the listing so that they will show it.

Craigs list unless you live in California. In TX unless we use craigs our ads cost $1000.00 a month to run. We even get better results with craigs....
