Why cant all countries have comedians like us English?

Because not all cultures share the same sense of humour. What you think of as great comedy might be considered crap by someone from another country. They might well be asking the question 'Why can't all countries have comedians like us Gimbigians?' for example.

I'm from UK and admit our humour is a cut above the rest but the
US has some good comedians too!! Richard Prior,Chris Rock, Jamie Fox, Chris Tucker, Hamburger Man, Steve Harvey, Martin Laurence and don't forget EDDIE MURPHY

Because the culture is different.
Watch a Brazilian or Indian comedians, you won't have a clue how fun they are, but they are as good as the English, but in a different style.

The only American comidies that have come close are The Simpsons and Friends. for me. I don't know what makes the British sense of humor 'unique' but it's probably to do with our baseness and honesty. Most life situations are actually hilarious and these real life situations are taken and exaggerated, that's all it takes sometimes. Just look at The Office, sometimes it was just a knowing 'look' from David Brent that got you laughing hysterically.

A great dealof British humour is what the rest of the word calls toilet humour. It cheap, uncouth, course and often plain disgusting and that's the best parts.
