The best way unless he or she is the owner is to contact your human resources and ask exactly what your pay is and go over your pay stub with them and or your accounting department.

Ask to see a printout of your accumulated hours of pay for the last month. If they don't match with your records - there you have it! If they ask why you want it, just say you keep track for tax purposes and you seem to have misplaced your records for those dates- a little white lie never hurt anyone ; )
