No. There are some condoms with spermicide. There is *slight* evidence that some spermicides could hurt a pregnant woman. If you are pregnant, why would you be using condoms? And, if you *think* you might be pregnant, choose condoms that do not have spermicide, although the risk is very small.

If you use condoms properly, there should be no pregnacy!
If you're talking about using a condom to have sex with a pregnant woman, the answer is no. The spermicidal lubricant doesn't cross the placenta and affect the baby.

It is a valid point. I have found that the strangest things can cause problems during pregnancy.....Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.

i've never heard that but could be, ask a doctor. maybe he's mixing something up. there's a spermicide that they put on condoms called nonnoxil-9 it can make you more susceptible to std's
