You drown in water, breathe in air, so for us mammals, air is the opposite. the same goes for fish, but in reverse. Reptiles, on the other hand, probably see the opposite of water as land. Of course, then there is the penguin, in which water is land--ie. ice--so who knows what they think.

Unwater. Its dry, solid, fish don't live in it. You can't drink it or wash in it - tastes horrible and makes you dirty. If you find it on a planet it probably means there is no chance of life on it.
