A whole lot. There's no specific position to get a woman pregnant. Either get an ovulation kit or just do it everyday like crazy.

If you have to ask this question then I think you should wait until you grow up to have sex. As for the other people who actually answered the question, what adult do you know who is serious about having a baby askes how to "hump" their wife? Come on people wake up!

Go to a doctor.He has all the info. such as ovulation period,ect. or if you can even have kids as an individual and as a couple.duhh....
