First of all, if your admin restricted a site, its probably because he/she doesnt want you wasting your time on it at work.

Secondly, there are a few ways to do this. Using a proxy server is the first option that comes to mind, just go to www.google.com and search for Anynomizer. Another option is to go to www.google.com, and translate that page from english to english, its a workaround that has worked for me before, but its dependent on the Firewall setup that your admin runs.

site restrictions may be due to --
- restrictions on the proxy server thru which u access web== only administrator can get u access
- the respective web sites may be down == wait for some time

well i cant tell you about myspace cuz i have the same situation, but i can tell you about yahoo...

first go to any search engine like google type.. yahoo canada .... yahoo mexico...... this will let u in into the mail ...

why this... because goverment and other companies block yahoo server only in us not outside of us so have fun :D

Maybe you could install Mozilla Firefox, but I'm guessing that you aren't allowed to install programs either. Good luck!

use internet tools options.
tools --> internet options --> privacy options

change the security settings

dont think you can do it unless you get administrator access, that means you'd need his password
