Led Zeppelin is essentially the greatest rock band ever. What do you get when you put the first or second greatest guitarist in history with the first or second greatest vocalist with one of the greatest bass players ever with the greatest drummer in the history of rock? You get Led Zep. And on top of that make them all have at least 135 IQ and you have musical genius that cannot be equalled. Green Day, The Stones, even Def Leppard cannot contend with Led Zeppelin's genius chord progression and lyric, whether you wish to admit or not. They performed like no other band ever did putting on som of the longest concerts with out intermission. There is no substitution for Led Zeppelin.

Hell yeah. IV was my favorite album. Black Dog is the greatest guitar riff of all time.
