Haven't you heard of Myra Hindley?
Do you think Rose West just happened to always be in the next room?

You're kidding yourself.

There are men and women paedophiles it's just that it's so much worse somehow if its a woman that even the media don't report it unless the child is 14 or older, it's just too sick.
I don't think society could cope with women paedophiles mentioned in the news I don't know why cos man or woman it's damn wrong and sick but it's the way it seems to be

Women hold the sexual "Trump Card".... if a 13 year old boy was in such a situation, he's getting lucky!!! He'd more than likely brag rather than complain...... "Like parking a Mini Cooper in a warehouse".

Male pedophiles, they literally "invade"!...... it's an anatomical thing.... and the consequences are far over and above just insemination. How would you feel if some guy stuck his adult sized manhood inside of you!!! "Like parking a Mac Truck in an average house garage".... and to get it, they must violate! This is assault!

I'm sure to get flak from the ladies with this next sentence.....
If women "gave it up" more often, these pervs would not have to look elsewhere.... either that or legalize prostitution!

(I'm now running for cover!!!) Gee, I'm such a sh*t disturber!!

There are, but its a different approach.
Women tend to be more sensitive and not sex based.
Most of the times is female teachers sleeping with male students but I think that in most cases they both know whats going on, besides a male student's fantasy is to sleep with their female teacher. Its just against the law because of the student's age.
Male pedophiles can be more twisted and perverted, targeting very young people most of the times, and they do it in a dirty way and they seduce. Women will just open their legs and the minor will do the rest, so ethically it is less disturbing than what men can do. Maybe I am wrong, but that's the way I think it is, women are not a threat when it comes to sexual assaults, because they are rational and they are not predators.

There are plenty of women pedophiles, however like some other things this is just too taboo for the media to publish.

If you talk to sexual abuse survivors, there are plenty of mothers, aunts, and even female neighbours that prey upon pre-teen girls and boys. It's much easy for a woman to be a pedophile as society and parents haven't warned their children about the potential that a woman may find a way to touch you. Kids are warned about men all the time, but they are not warned about women.

Women are trusted to bath, cloth, sleep with all kids; men on the other hand are not.

Paedophilia by females appears to be the least common, but it does happen. It appears to occur in roughly 10% of the population.

It may also be under-reported. Most attacks are on males, who are not as protected as girls, and they are also more likely not to report molestation. The overwhelming majority of molestors are still heterosexual though.

From the second link: "Dr. Carole Jenny reviewed 352 medical charts, representing all of the sexually abused children seen in the emergency room or child abuse clinic of a Denver children's hospital during a one-year period (from July 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992). The molester was a gay or lesbian adult in only 2 of the 269 cases in which an adult molester could be identified – fewer than 1% (Jenny et al., 1994)"

Women are looked at different on this subject. This is one area where the man actually doesnt have equalality to women.

The world thinks men ALWAYS want it, no matter the situation.

Lets just say, if a guy age 24 has sexual contact with a 14 or 15 girl, hes going to jail ALOT longer than if a women did the same thing. PLUS, most older women/teen guys situations are not reported.

Also, if a guy flashes his stuff, its considered a sex offense, and he gets arrested. Now if a girl flashes hers, she gets to be on a snoop dog video. lol Funny, but unfair.

Yes there are. Think back to last year when a 12 week old baby was raped by a man while a women videoed and photographed it. In some of the work I undertake, I have come across other cases, although I do think more men are guilty than women in most instances

There are.. the difference is they are just not dragged thru the courts and the media like a male scapegoat...innocent till proven guilty.. Im not condoning the behaviour as it sickens me to even think of what those scum do to kids, but everyone assumes that if your a peado your a man, But in the eyes of a court they treat women different which is very wrong....

Sadly there are and even more disturbing is that women are quite often involved in 'obtaining' children for male paedophiles as they are less threatening and therefore more likely to be trusted by a potential victim.

Sadly there are probably as many on both sides of the sexual divide. Investigations into child sexual abuse on babies appears to suggest this is mainly carried out by women.

There are many cases where the abuse has been carried out by married couples.

For some reason lesbian attacks on girls of any age appear to be seen as less harmful. Where is the rational behind that?

If we do not recognise the extent of female involvement in this crime then it places children at risk. We must encourage children to feel free to talk about anything like this that may have happened and go out of our way to show we believe them.
