Well, if you are not familiar with the term call girl, I can tell you she is a prostitute. If it is the whole part about him being friends with her then, I would say it is probably more than a friendship. Unless they have been friends a long time (before the prostitution thing) then you may not have anything to worry about. If they have just became friends I'd question it seriously.

A call girl is a classy title for a prostitute. Call girls work for an agency than on the street. I would suggest since your spouse is having sexual relations with another woman, get yourself tested first and then if you did contract any STD's, get your spouse tested. Then after that, if you want to stay and save your marriage, both of you need to go to counseling together. If you don't go to counseling, this marriage will suffer and will fall apart on it's own PLUS you can get physically/mentally sick from a toxic relationship on top of that.

A call girl is indeed a prostitute. Men (or woman) "call" them to have sex and then pay for it! Sometimes they are only "companions" and don't have sex....but basically is a woman who gets paid for her sexual services!
