You scan your picture and save in your my docs file, open your Yahoo Account and edit your profile..click edit picture, upload the picture you chose from your docs file..

I think you have to have a Yahoo! 360 account. I wanted to do the same thing, but making an account is too much effort.

you have to have a yahoo 360 account first. make your pic your main picture on there...then you have the option in "edit preferences" in your profile to change to your 360 photo. that's how you do it. :) i know cuz i had to do it.

You go into my account then go through to your profile there is a place in there where you can change your picture
