As far as I'm concerned, it's ok to wear panties all the time. I'm not ok with guys running around in only panties, in public.. but what they wear underneath their pants, or in their own homes, is none of anyone else's business.

It's your body, kid. But guys' undies have a hole in the front for a reason. If you're not embarassed using the men's john with your Victoria's Secret specials, why should anyone else care? HOWEVER--if you don't have the balls to shop for yourself, stick with the boxers.

I used to wear them quite often when I was younger. Occasionally I still slip a pair on. Love the feel of them rubbing on my nob. Make me rigid.

no that does not normally happen, but maybe in sitautions like:
* When youre drunk [there is a chance a minute percentage]
*u r cross dresser
*tring to impress a girl about getting in touch with your feminine self [another rare phenomenon]
* you have serious childhood issues you have not resovled like you used to play withy Barbie
