I decide to everyday to wake early in the morning but can't make ii even after setting a alram.Need some tips for that.

I also have that same problem with me, but then I decided that if I don't wake up tomorrow then I will not take my pocket money of that week.But my main point to you is that,take your week point and decide it not to do until you wake up for at least one dayyyy....

the best thing to do is force yourself to get up when the alarm goes off and your body will soon get use to the routine and it want be so hard to get up at the same time every morning.try to make sure you go to bed at the same time every night and i would say before 10:00.

i hav the same problem 2 keep the alarm close 2 ur ears thn u can get up easily sound usually disrupts sleep its working out with me try it out

ask ur mom to forcibly wake u up.if not ask ur girlfriend to phone u up and remind u of ur priorities!!!
