not really. I do it because it enhances the way i look. my thighs are also big like my breasts so showing a little more cleavage draws the attention up to my breasts. It's like a fashion trick. Do I enjoy the attention I receive from it. Yes! When men look or glance at me I feel attractive and it elevates my self-esteem. I only like for them to oogle when I am with my man. "Cause it gives him a wake-up call.

I would say it depends on the woman who makes the statement. 1 Maybe they don't like the attention, but like to wear what's comfortable. Just because I have an MP3 player and wear headphones in public, doesn't mean I want people walking up and singing to me. 2 Some are just playing the "modesty" card. Then they dress in a fashion that would make Hugh Hefner blush (I work with a couple of those...) 3 Some don't like to be stared at (ogled, I think would be a better way of putting it.) Maybe they don't mind being admired, but the constant looking makes them uncomfortable.

I don't wear low cut tops to show off my bust, but more to balance out my figure. I'm curvey, but if I wear round necked or polo tops, I look like a square. A V cut top draws the eye down the centre and breaks up your figure, making you look longer and leaner.

Yes and No. I can say from personal expreience, it depends on the event, my comfort level and sometimes I desire the extra attention and I have been complimented on having nice cleavage.
To answer your question, there is a thrill involved in being risque' but it is also about feeling sexy and secure in your attire. Confidance is more of an attraction then exposed breasts!
