Can office buildings get magazines for free? or is there a website simular to www.magazines.com where you can pick from many differnt magazines and GET BILLED?

I did a survey I think at bizrate.com and they gave me an offer for magazines at a really cheap price. I think it's like $1 for so many months. The only thing is ya better keep a close eye on when those subscription samples run out, or you'll be charged full price!!
