I was out for drinks a few weeks ago. Public indoor smoking has recently been banned here. This is good. The first thing I noticed though as I walked into the bar was a staggering wave of perfume and body spray (for men). I was nauseated by the smell.
Would it be impossible to believe that this might be the next thing to go.

lets band perfume, aftershave, fat in food, fat people, i don't like red headed people or gays, lets band them, i don't like coke, lets band that as well.
Where does it stop, when will the people stand up and take responsibility for their own actions and leave me the hell alone!!

Perfume is something no one thinks about, but can actually be more damaging to the body than smoking or drugs. I'm talking about the allergy some people have to oil based perfumes, ya' know- those potent designer brands that stick around for hours.

A person who has or develops an allergy to this type of smell can actually have migraines, nausea and even reported cases of anaphalactic shock. Without medical treatment it can lead to coma or even death to the afflicted.

Some truncation of priviledges are meant to help us stop bad habits, so if you ever thought of quitting, this'll serve as a good excuse.
I once smoked daily like a chimney when I was in the university for a two year diploma course, I got home and couldn't smoke because my family would jus not understand, smoking is like a taboo in my house. So it became inconvenient to enjoy my greatest bad habit, and there were time's I'd just pass (decide not to smoke). After some time, with short and then kinda long periods like a few days to a week to two weeks...of not smoking, I discovered with glee and agreed that I'd quit. Could happen for you too.

If you have ever lived or visited a culture that condones body odor, you would not mind the smell of perfume and body spray!

Be glad for that deodorant smell.. I would be very disapointed if I walked into a bar and it smelled like BO.. its bad enough when you are dancing with a girl to start to sweat and get wet.. now imagine if you smelled too! there is no way you could get that girl!
