I tried regular Yahoo mail

I looked at Yahoo Groups, but it seems all 1300 would have to go and join in

I want to provide the 1300 addresses and go!

If you have their email addresses, you can create your own mailing list. I know you can do this on yahoo. And, you can do wo/ creating a yahoo group.

You will need to find someone besides Yahoo to provide your e-mail. They limit the number of e-mail that can be sent at a time, or during a day, to stop spammers. So I do not know of a way to send 1300 e-mails at once through Yahoo.

If you want to keep using Yahoo, you will have to divide the list into groups of under 50 names, and send one list at a time. As I am part of a local community theater group and regualrly have to e-mail our 300-350 members, I keep list of A-C, D-F, etc. and when we e-mail have to send it once to each list. (With 1300 that may be impractical - with 300 its not too bad - just 10 groups).

The only other choice I know of is to go to a different, paid service that will allow that large of mailing. You will need to check with the providers to find one the permits that large of bulk mailings. Again, because they have to protect themselves from being abused by spammers using their services.
