I always thought they smelled the same way as everyone else! Through the NOSE! But, if I'm wrong, enlighten me!

Some of them are tired and have gotten lax in their hygiene. Sometimes it's their clothes that smell, more so than them. They don't want to put clean clothes on.

Could it be that no one checks thier depends enough and they have to sit in "it" for awhile?
