Could be something from Japan, I know our companies are using their systems to increase production on assembly lines by teaching someone all the different tasks rather than just one. Also all business people in Japan must read ''The Book of Five Rings'' I'm going to murder the spelling here, by Shinman Miamota Mushasi a Samari.
