when 51% of people don't like where society is heading... majority rules when it comes to deciding evil in this world.. so when majority says.. there is an evil habit, more common in society.. then they say social evil is prevailing in society.. like.. if the consensus say that homosexuality is evil.. and there is more homosexuality.. then it is prevaling in society.. once the majority agrees though with homosexuality though.. then homophobicness becomes the social evil prevaling society.. it's just kinda the majority pointing fingers..
