Who else thinks we should not waste our breath trying to talk with
these guys and just do whatever it takes to shoot down the missle.
Or should we let them do whatever they want, "again" by our inaction.

There are two simple facts at work here.
1. We cannot know whether this ICBM is nuclear tipped or not.
2. It is an act of war to launch an ICBM. This is according to treaties and the U.N. charter which North Korea has signed.
So the answer is yes, if this missile is launched it must be shot down immediately with full prejudice.

No why divulge our capabilities or incapability's for that matter. I don't know about now but the accuracy of missile defense system in the gulf war were grossly exaggerated. China will be the leader in dealing with the North Korean government. They are on the edge of an economic boom of the likes this world has never seen. It is in they,re best interest to shut down that fanatical leader.
