Republika Srpska is the Serbian part of Bosnia & Herzegovina (one of countries of the former Yugoslavia). Bosnian-Serbs are in majority there. I believe Banja Luka is the capital of Republika Srpska, although the capital of Bosnia & Herzegovina is Sarajevo.
