is this a virus or spyware. I know it's a pop-up, and even though i have set my firewall tp block it i still have it in my computer.

Btw.... I understand your comment about hating guns, but there is nothing wrong with my avatar. Look around you... much worse vulgar questions / comments posted on here everyday that younger users, and even older users, should not see.

It is not a virus or Spyware and hence anti-virus will not help. There is something called a pop-up Blocker available with your ISP connection. Kindly contact your ISP provider and get the method to install it or ask them whether it is installed by default.

you can remove using AdAware, adaware is free to download and use
