It is easy, but unhealthy and may jeopardize your health. I tried it personally before and lost 10 pounds in a week with my original weight as 114 to 104. I only ate vegetable and drank water to survive. However, I gained it back a year later... coz if you can't keep up that diet, you will surely gain it back or worse double it up later....
