E-mail can be used to reflect the state of our mind. For eg.CAPITAL letters for anger, keyboard made figures etc. But there are some things that are considered good practice and some which are bad. This is e-mail Etiquette.
Some of the good practices include, keeping the email short, choosing an appropriate subject. And certain things like sending without a subject, using CAPITAL letters, mixing small and capital letters, writing lengthy mails should not be used in formal e-mails. Ofcourse such things can be ignored when sending personal mails.
