Do you mean AFTER he was taken to Ireland as a slave and escaped back to Europe or AFTER he became a Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church and returned to Ireland.

But if what you say is actually true.

No, Sucking nipples is hardly a thing St. Patrick would do for a passage to a destation.
So No, i dun't think he would actually do that.
